Richard Hamann (1879-1961) war einer der bedeutendsten deutschen Kunsthistoriker des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er begründete das Marburger BildƯarchiv und war zeitweiliger Vorsitzender des Kunsthistorikerverbandes.
