Summary:

Panel discussion held in the context of the development of the exhibition "Laboratoires"/"Laboratories", on view at the CCA Apr. 18-Sept. 15, 2002. The exhibition looked at how architecture can respond to an uncertain post-Sept. 11 world and construct a new stage for thought. Six firms of young Montréal architects were invited to create an environment or installation in the CCA galleries. On Jan. 10, 2002, members of the 6 architectural firms met with Nicholas Olsberg, Frédéric Migayrou, Mark Wigley, Lynda Gaudreau, Wajdi Mouawad and Jean-Ernest Joos. The group discussed where architecture finds itself in an uncertain world.
