Summary:

Recordings of discussions held on Feb. 15, 2002 in the context of the development of the exhibition "Laboratoires"/"Laboratories", on view at the CCA Apr. 18-Sept. 15, 2002. The exhibition looked at how architecture can respond to an uncertain post-Sept. 11 world and construct a new stage for thought. Six firms of young Montréal architects were invited to create an environment or installation in the CCA galleries. On Feb. 15, 2002, members of the 6 architectural firms presented the concepts of their installations. Each presentation was followed by discussion with Frédéric Migayrou, Mark Wigley, Nicholas Olsberg, Jean-Ernest Joos, Sylvie Gilbert, and Lynda Gaudreau.
