Summary:

Lectures on John Hejduk which took place at the CCA on Nov. 6, 1997. Howard Shubert talks about the concurrent exhibiton on Hejduk, "Autres résonances" = "Other soundings", held at the CCA Oct. 22, 1997-Feb. 1, 1998. Alberto Pérez Gómez discusses Hejduk's oeuvre. Renata Hejduk reads a letter and a poem by her father. David Shapiro speaks about Hejduk and reads poems he wrote in relation to him. Includes introductory and closing remarks by Phyllis Lambert. John Hejduk was the originally scheduled speaker (cf. CCA calendrier des activités, avr.-sept. 1997), but could not attend. The VHS cassette includes additional footage of the reception afterwards as well as a video tour of the exhibition
