The event was organized by Heritage Montréal in collaboration with the CCA and was one in a series of lectures entitled "Les bâtisseurs de la métropole" = "Builders of the Metropolis", presented as a compliment to the exhibition "Montréal métropole, 1880-1930", held at the CCA Mar. 18-May 24, 1998. Includes introductory remarks by Nancy Dunton and Dinu Bumbaru, and closing remarks by Dinu Bumbaru
