El fin de la arquitectura : la estética de la desaparición en la arquitectura y el diseño contemporáneo / Álvaro Javier Míguez.
[Buenos Aires] : Nobuko, 2012.
79 pages : illustrations (some color) ; 21 cm
The new ways of thinking and doing architecture attempts against the constructive concept while creating buildings that offer shelter to human activities but do not follow the classical concept of highlighting the formal construction variables. The present architectural essay studies the disappearance of architecture through the Supermodernism movement that turns away from the elements that are inherent to architecture itself: light and materials, structure and space, creating paradoxical and at the same time appealing typographic or graphic perception elements that dematerializes and annuls the building's own constructive and architectural characteristics.
