An icosadodecahedron using 20 triangles and 12 pentagons with multiple locking joints to expand from a diameter of 9.5 inches to a maximum of 30 inches. It can be used to demonstrate mathematical and geometric principles and has applications in both architecture and mechanical engineering. The design was produced by Chuck Hoberman.
