Set comprises stamped, tabbed and painted metal fac̦ade pieces and tinplate floor sections, designed for building skyscrapers, with construction based on modular, structural bays, assembled by means of tabs and slots. In the accompanying manual the sets are referred to as "architectural outfits", and one of two mottoes appears at the foot of each page: The ideal toy for girl or boy, or, As the boy builds the toy the toy builds the boy.
