Summary:

The Flight Assembled Architecture project synthesises the pioneering digital design ans fabrication work of the Swiss architects Gramazio & Kohler with the visionary approach of Raffaello D'Andrea. A spectacular performance was given at the FRAC Centre in the fall 2011. Through the utilisation of flying robots entirely programmed by computer, the performance has opened new perspective in research and realised on of humanity's oldest dreams: the scientific mastery of space.
