Pour cette première publication, Guillaume Greff a eu l'opportunité de photographier (pour lui-même et hors de toute commande officielle) le Centre d'entraînement aux actions en zone urbaine (CENZUB) qui occupe une petite partie de l'immense camp militaire de Sissonne, à l'est du département de l'Aisne. Divers dispositifs existent et le plus important, la ville artificielle de Jeoffrécourt, est toujours en cours de construction. Le Tome 1 de cet ouvrage reproduit 24 images de ce site. Le Tome 2 fait état des recherches du photographe se rapportant à ce projet : images d'archives, images glanées sur le net, prospectives, études préparatoires ...
