Description:
The city of Rotterdam commissioned a building project for 1005 dwellings for a housing development plan. The plan was based on the design for Spangen Blocks VIII & IX, along with the addition of a balcony behind the kitchen. Oud was requested to make pen and ink drawings of the design by H.J. Jansen and L.F. Duquet (Taverne et al. 2001, 240-246). Project series includes drawings of the plans for the housing estate as well as photographs of exterior views of the housing estate.

He designed one high and one low armchair, each with round wooden legs and wide armrests, covered in blue and white cloth cushions (Taverne et al. 2001, 384). Project series includes a drawing of plans for a chair and a photograph of an interior view of Oud's workroom.

Description:
This sub-series documents an exhibition held at the Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts on Cornelia Hahn Oberlander and a selection of her landscape project in 2003. Oberlander's projects exhibited included Robson Square Provincial Government Complex (1974-1982), Museum of Anthropology (1975-1977), National Gallery of Canada (1983-1990), Canadian Chancery (1983-1990), Library Square (1992-1995), Liu Centre for Global Studies (1992), C. K. Choi Institute of Asian Research, University of British Columbia (1993-1996), Jim Everett Memorial Park (2000-2001), New York Times Building (2001), and Wellesley Central Health Corporation Neighbourhood Project (2003). Each projects were divided under five themes: Nature, Science, Space, Art and the Future. The sub-series also includes some documents related to the application for another exhibition at the Smith College in 2005 entitled "Designed Landscape: A Smith College Alumnae Exhibit". The sub-series contains correspondence, draft exhibition texts, proof of the presentation panels, including digital versions, and some installation plans. Document related to the 2005 exhibition project includes correspondence with Smith College and application form.

In 1914, the Society for the Advancement of Architecture, with architect H.P. Berlage acting as jury member, held a competition for the design of its public baths. Although Oud did not submit his designs, he created plans for a bathhouse with three round-arch portals. The design was for a fairly simple and functional symmetrical building. He considered his design as indebted to Hendrik Petrus Berlage’s Stock Exchange (Taverne et al. 2001, 109). The project series includes a photograph of Oud's plan for Public Baths.
