Résumé:
Logotopia: from the Ancient Greek logos, meaning 'word' and topos, meaning 'place' is a multi-disciplinary exhibition and publications comprised of architecture, art and the written word in almost equal proportions. Logotopia explores the library, or 'word place,' as both a concept and a built form through four distinct categories- the Universal Library, the National Library, the Public Library and the Private Library. Logotopia also provides a glimpse into the future of the library in the information age, as well as the changing image of the libarian in pop culture and as cyber avatar.
