Artiste danois, Jeppe Hein crée des objets épurés et géométriques ou des installations discrètes et ludiques dans une continuité de la tradition de la sculpture minimaliste, tout en proposant un contrepoint par la mise en place d'un dialogue incongru entre les oeuvres et le spectateur. Chaque installation évolue en fonction du stimulus qu'elle reçoit du spectateur, ainsi le public provoque-t-il une réaction mais ne peut pas vraiment la maîtriser. Pour sa première exposition parisienne, Jeppe Hein présente un projet spécifique sur le thème du labyrinthe.
