Constructive forces go hand in hand with destruction and decay in Teeuwen’s work. This book presents several installations from her ‘Destroyed House’ series, including the recent project ‘Destroyed House Gaza’. By choosing to work in occupied territory, Teeuwen allows the socio-political context to penetrate her method.
