Ultimately the submitted entries never came to completion, although Oud's design was published in a contemporary journal. Oud's plans featured an eight-storey building, a smaller back section. The building would comprehend 28 rooms, with a ground floor that featured one wing with a swimming pool adjoined by a courtyard to a restaurant wing.
