Description:
This project series documents the Reitoria da Universidade de Alicante in Alicante, Spain. While the records were held in the office’s archives this project was assigned the number 59/90. The office assigned the date 1995-1998 to this project The rectory was located on the former military aerodrome of Rabasa. The H-shaped, two-storey building had two inner courtyards and was often compared to a fortress. The ground floor included classrooms, an auditorium, a hall, as well as spaces for the Law and Linguistics department and the office of International Relations. The second floor was used as office space. The project was realized. Documenting this project are sketches, working drawings, structural drawings, technical drawings and mechanical drawings. Textual materials included project documentation, correspondence and catalogues. Photographic materials document the model, site, construction work and the built project.

While the records were held in the office’s archives this project was assigned the number 35/00 The office assigned the date 2001 for this project. The project is located on the northeast side of the campus of Cappont University. The upper floors are L-shaped while the ground floor is U-shaped, creating a separation from the library to the rest of the building. The ground floor is mainly for administration and management. The three upper floors are a series of repetitive spaces for the different departments and classrooms. The facade is made of three motorized vertical louvers that control the lighting into the building. Documenting this project are plans, working drawings, technical drawings, and structural drawings. Textual material includes project documentation and correspondence. Photographic material documents the project site and construction work.

The summer house is divided into three blocks, each divided into smaller parts. The two-story house was built on sloping land and completed in 2008. Collaborators on this project were Atsushi Ueno, Fafel Moranta, and Miquel Capllonch. The eastern wing includes the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The western wing has three bedrooms and a living room. The western block connects the northeast and eastern wings. The northeast block, with two rooms and a living room, hosts the housekeeper. The private spaces are all located on the upper section and the public sections are on the ground level. Documenting this project are sketches, studies, preliminary drawings, plans, working drawings, and technical drawings. Textual material includes project documentation and correspondence.
