- These three drawings for the site and disposition of Swedenborg Memorial Chapel, El Cerrito, are executed on a diazotype contour map of the site. An alternate, more developed design was executed on two sheets of tracing paper joined together and attached to the diazotype. A small cut-out formerly attached to the sheets is probably an alternate plan for one of the buildings.

- Two irregularly-shaped sheets of tracing paper are attached to the diazotype with pressure-sensitive tape. all three sheets have graphite and pencil changes. A small irregularly-shaped cut-out was formerly attached to the sheets.

inscribed, dated, and numbered - by the draughtsman, on the original, l.r.: "KISTER & SAVIO ASSOCIATED / LICENSED LAND SURVEYORS / 2554 MACDONALD AVENUE RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA / [with title] / FOR: SAN FRANCISCO SOCIETY OF THE NEW JERUSALEM / [... signature of surveyor] JOB No. 7021 / DATE: 1-14-59 [...]"; and in various locations: "X-599" [drawing number], and with street names, lot numbers, elevation heights, identification of buildings, and notes inscribed - by the draughtsman, in graphite and orange pencil, throughout: with distances, calculations, and notes
