This project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's landscape project for the garden of Mr. & Mrs. J. Schurr in Merchantville, New Jersey. The landscape includes a series of stepping stone pathways linking the driveway, the garage, the residence, and the terrace. Oberlander's design also includes the addition of a large planting area and trees along the property line on the side and back of the residence. The project series only conatins four drawings, including a proposed landscape design with a list of plants.

The project consisted of a 21,000 square foot brown brick building with laboratories fibre spinning, warping, slashing and weaving, as well as offices. The building sits on the same property as the company's manufacturing plant, overlooking Lake Ontario. The project is recorded through a mounted photograph of one of the building's laboratories dating from around 1966.

The project is recorded through a drawing of the existing roof framing plan dating from around 1979.
