File documents unexecuted proposals by Cedric Price and artist Feliks Topolski for an outdoor exhibition design, initially intended for Manfest 73, a festival organized by the City of Manchester, England. Due to delays in receiving final approval the proposals were withdrawn and alternate proposals were prepared for Waterloo Circus, in London, England.
