This project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's landscape project for the garden of Mr. & Mrs. J. Schurr in Merchantville, New Jersey. The landscape includes a series of stepping stone pathways linking the driveway, the garage, the residence, and the terrace. Oberlander's design also includes the addition of a large planting area and trees along the property line on the side and back of the residence. The project series only conatins four drawings, including a proposed landscape design with a list of plants.

This project series documents the measurement of the Toronto Sun building in downtown Toronto in 1979. The office identified the project number as 7909. From 1973-1975, Parkin Architects Planners designed and constructed the Toronto Sun press plant and office building at 333 King Street East. This project consists of the measurement of that original building to create as built drawings and documentation. The project is recorded through a drawing of the existing roof framing plan dating from around 1979.

This project series documents Mies van der Rohe project for the Illinois Institute of Techology in Chicago, Illinois, United States. This series includes documents related to his project for the Illinois Institute of Technology Campus Master Plan (1936-1958), and his work on various pavilion of the campus: the Boiler Plant (1945-1946), the Field House Building, Gymnasium, Natatorium (1939-1945), the Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering Building (Perlstein Hall) (1944-1947), the Minerals and Metals Research Building (1942-1943), and the Robert F. Carr Memorial Chapel of Saint Savior (1949-1952). The material in this series was produced between 1939 and 1958, with a bulk of material from 1930 to 1946. The series contains drawings and sketches by Mies van der Rohe, predominantly related to the the Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering Building (Perlstein Hall), the Field House Building, Gymnasium, Natatorium, and the Minerals and Metals Research Building, and also photographs of some of the drawings and exterior views of the Boiler Plant photographed by Hedrich-Blessing. The series also includes a few textual records of notes and calculations for the Field House Building, Gymnasium, Natatorium.

Oberlander worked on this project from 1979 to 1982, year of the completion. Oberlander worked on the site plan for the estate with Arthur Erickson and Eva Matsuzaki. The project consists in 20 custom houses, designed by Erickson, and nestled into a forest on a rock plateau overlooking Howe Sound. The estate, built on a slope, comprises four types of houses: uphill units, terrace units, coutyard units and downhill units. The project series contains textual records, such as correspondence, including with architect and client, Oberlander's concept development notes, research, specifications, a geotechnical report, cost estimates. The project is also documented through a design developement drawing showing planting and a plant list, and six working drawings, including landscape plans, a site plan and a site section.

This project series documents Cornelia Hahn Oberlander's landscape project for the McLean Park Rental Housing Project, a low-income housing development spread across four city blocks in the Strathcona neighbourhood, Vancouver. Oberlander worked on this project in the early 1960s. The architectural firm in charge of the project was Underwood McKinley Cameron. The housing development "was comprised of a nine-storey apartment building with one-bedroom apartments and studios, and a series of three- and four-storey maisonettes." [1] As landscape architect, Oberlander worked on the site planning, grading and drainage, as well as the planting plan. She also designed recreational spaces for adults and children.
