The material was intended for media and press releases, publications, photographs and information requests, presentations, publicity and marketing brochures, and includes project descriptions, photographs and slides, magazine articles and clippings, publication drawings, galley proofs for books and a Life Magazine article on the Graham House, correspondence, and printing plates for a publicity brochure. Sub-series also documents Erickson / Massey and Arthur Erickson Architects collaboration with Francisco Imported Furniture Ltd the company of Francisco Leopoldo Kripacz (b. 8 April, 1942 - d. 3 August, 2000). Kripacz was born in Caracas, Venezuela, educated in Europe, the United States, and studied design in Vancouver and New York. He also went to the University of British Columbia for a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1964. He became a resident Canadian in 1961, and a Canadian citizen in 1973. In 1964 he founded an interior design and furniture import business in Vancouver with Arthur Erickson, and opened a showroom in Montreal (550 Sherbrooke St. West), in 1965. Kripacz designed the exhibition unit in Habitat 67 (by architect Moshe Safdie) for the 1967 World Exposition in Montreal, and created interiors for a private clientel as well as for many of Arthur Erickson's buildings. Series consist of records associated with different projects devised by OCEAN and OCEAN North prior to 1999 and retained as reference material by Johan Bettum, who did not collaborate on every project. Records occasionally include some photographs, but for the most part are images from work done with CAD software. These include plans, diagrams, renderings and views (sections, perspectives) of buildings, landscapes, exhibition scenography, and exhibited items. The amount and type of materials varies largely between projects. Files were transferred to CCA on a CD and their timestamps suggests that materials were copied for reference purpose in the first few months of 1998. The CD cover bears the date of June 3rd 1999. - This drawing is blackened with graphite on the verso so that the design could be transferred to another surface, in this case the submitted competition panel, DR1987:0359. There are drops of black watercolour and a series of black ink lines in the upper right corner. These media were used for the submitted panel and their presence here also suggests that this drawing was used in preparation of the submitted panel. There are a series of design sketches, along the left side and at the centre of the drawing, which appear to deal with the relationship of the airfield to hangars.

- This drawing is blackened with graphite on the verso so that the design could be transferred to another surface, in this case the submitted competition panel, DR1987:0359. There are drops of black watercolour and a series of black ink lines in the upper right corner. These media were used for the submitted panel and their presence here also suggests that this drawing was used in preparation of the submitted panel. There are a series of design sketches, along the left side and at the centre of the drawing, which appear to deal with the relationship of the airfield to hangars.
