Oud was commissioned by the Blaauw family to design a private dwelling in 1916 in Alkmaar. Oud's plans for the Blaauw family home consist of designs for a hallway, staircase, and kitchen on one side elevation, and a living room and backroom on the other. The design also featured a conservatory. Oud's designs were not ultimately realized (Taverne et al. 2001, 79). Project series includes drawings of site plans and elevations and a photograph.
