This project series documents the design of Cité Collégiale in Ottawa, Ontario from in 1991. The project number assigned by the office is unidentifiable. This project consisted of a competition entry for the first French language community college to be built in Ontario. The design proposed focused on the balance between the natural landscape of the site, located on Montreal Road at Aviation Parkway, the rigor of the study program and the relaxation of student life. Large wooded areas surrounding the campus would be preserved and four functional outdoor spaces would be created: La Place des Festivals (an esplanade), the theatre (for outdoor festivities), Le Carrefour des Étudiants (the student square), and le Foyer (next to the cafeteria). The campus also proposed la Grande Galerie, a triple-height space filled with natural light to serve as the main area where students could meet and study. Two types of school buildings were included in the proposal, consisting of a long, rectangular building for classrooms and offices, and the other, a less formal, open space with classrooms, amphitheatres, studios and laboratories. The scheme had two main entrances, with a large central tower that was visible when arriving from either direction. This was not the winning entry for the competition and the campus was eventually built by Brook, Brisbin and Baynon. The project is recorded through drawings, presentation paintings and a model dating from 1991. The project consisted of the master plan for the campus and the design of several buildings, not all of which were realized. These buildings included the girls' hostel, the residence for the warden of the girls' hostel, the post-graduate hostel, the polytechnic, the Science and Technology Entrepreneur Park (STEP) administration block, the lecture hall complex and a residence for lecturers, among others. Infrastructure such as walls, gates and signage were also included. The girls' hostel, post-graduate hostel, polytechnic and STEP administration block followed similar building layouts, each being square in shape with large courtyards at their centres. The two-storey girls' hostel had diamond shaped halls at two sides of the square that, at the ground floor, included the dining room and the common room. Verandas and terraces were featured prominently along the building's exterior. The post-graduate hostel and polytechnic followed a similar pattern, while the STEP administration block was much more compact with offices, lecture halls and meeting rooms. This project is recorded through drawings and textual records dating from 1987-2004. The Place Bonaventure was also developed by GCD, where Vecsei was the head project designer from 1964 to 1967. Besides these projects Eva Vecsei Architect also designed concepts for the city centre (1976) and a mixed-use complex (1978) in Karachi, Pakistan. The bulk of the Eva Hollo Vecsei collection is arranged in this series and was produced between 1969 and 2008. Records are predominantly from 1974-1976, which correspond to the period of the La Cité project. Documenting La Cité are architectural records, such as presentation, design, and working drawings, as well as photographs, publications, slides, clippings, digital material (photographs), and a presentation document. This series also includes two clippings on the mixed-use complex in Karachi.

Prakash had previously worked on projects for this campus, formerly known as the Punjab Agricultural University, in the 1960s. This project series contains the records for three buildings: the library, the Health Centre, and the Sports Hall. The library was notable for it's round shape, large entrance arch and domed skylight ceiling. The materials also emphasize the development of a large mural in the library depicting the astrological signs. The Health Centre was a diamond shaped building with an outdoor courtyard at its centre. The Sports Hall was a rectangular building with a trussed roof consisting primarily of an open, multipurpose space. This project is recorded through drawings, photographs of the finished buildings, and textual records dating from 2000-2007.
