- These elevations and plans show a house with chalet-style carved woodwork on the gables, eaves, and balustrades. The plan is L-shaped, with a triangular entrance area which fills the area between the arms of the L.

- The sheet has an old vertical fold. The c. of the secondary support has been cut out so that both sides of the sheet are visible; however, the verso of the sheet is backed with thin paper so that the sheet is no longer translucent.

inscribed - by the draughtsman, in pen and black ink, c.: "Facade suivant AB. Facade suivant CD. / Plan des Caves. Plan du Rez-de-Chausée. Plan de l'Etage supérieur"; and throughout the b. half of the sheet: with measurements, names of rooms, and letters identifying facades numbered - by an unknown hand, in pen and red ink, u.r.: "14"
