Sixteen Sketches of Real and Imaginary Sites in Italy with One Frontispiece

- These sketches show both real and imaginary views of Rome and its surrounding countryside. Among the ancient and modern monuments of Rome represented in these small vedute are the Basilica of St. Peter's (DR1993:0002:002), the Temple of Hercules at Cora (DR1993:0002:004), the Temple of Minerva Medica (DR1993:0002:005), and the Tomb of Cecilia Maetella (DR1993:0002:008). The remaining sketches are imaginary views.

Drawings include pen and black ink and one pen and black ink over black chalk underdrawing
