The series is composed of photographs documenting Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's designs for various exhibitions and exhibition pavilions, predominantly in Germany. Some of his German exhibitions were in collaboration with Lilly Reich. Also included are photographs of Mies' work for the Exposición International de Barcelona and Art Institute of Chicago.
