Subseries
This subseries documents various groups exhibitions in which Melvin Charney presented his artworks or projects, predominantly in Canada, in the United States, in France, in Korea and in Japan, between 1965 and 2012. It includes exhibition programs, invitations, contracts, financial documents, photographs of the installations, correspondence, press clippings and promotional materials and a few exhibition catalogues.
Material in this series was likely kept in it's original order when it was first processed upon it's arrival at CCA.

Consists of studies and plans for the installation of work at the Canadian Pavilion for the Venice Biennale of Architecture, 1986 and 2000. Also included are two sketches labelled "Barracks reduced, Kafka - 21/8/94" and "Construction study, Kafka - 21/8/94". Material was originally housed in a tube labelled "Canadian Pavilion Venice Biennale 2000".
