At the launch of OASE 89 held at the Stadsmuseum Gent, April 25, 2013, the project Scramble City was introduced.
OASE 89 was distributed with a sealed envelope titled "Scramble City" which contains a 15-foot long conceptual map/panoramic illustration created by Lada Hršak and a 24 page booklet titled "Scramble City: Cross Section of a Fictitious Secondary City" with its distinct ISBN.

Scramble City presents the cross section of a fictitious secondary city, composed of elements from nine European cities. It is a visual essay recording a journey through a fragmented urban landscape. It is ultimately a journey through time: The Successes and failures in the creation of urban identity over the past decade.
