Scope and Content

This series documents Umberto Riva's designs for exhibitions and museum installations. The projects are predominantly in Italy, but also include projects in Canada and in Austria. The series includes Riva's various projects for the Milan Triennale from the 1960s to the 1990s and his designs for exhibitions at the Palazzo Barbaran da Porto in Vicenza, Italy. The series includes design development and presentation drawings for installations. Projects for redesigns of gallery spaces by Umberto Riva are arranged in series AP180.S1 Architectural projects.
