Le dossier documente le projet de résidence pour M. et Mme Delorme-Frigon au lac Memphremagog, à Stanstead (Georgeville), Québec.
Le projet n'a pas été complété par Roger D'Astous, car il est décédé au printemps 1998. C'est son ami Jean Grondin qui a terminé les plans et a réalisé la construction (1998-2000). (Bergeron, 58)
Le dossier contient des reprographies et des dessins produits en 1997.
L'ordre original du matériel inclut dans cette série de projet a probablement été conservé lors de son traitement suite à son arrivée au CCA.
