Scope and Content

In 1981, Ridgway Ltd. moved its offices from El Toro, California, back to its original location in the Union Bank Building or Newport Center (owned by the Irvine Company) in Newport, California. Ridgway entirely renovated and decorated the 18th floor suite of offices.
