File documents unexecuted proposals by Cedric Price and artist Feliks Topolski for an outdoor exhibition design, initially intended for Manfest 73, a festival organized by the City of Manchester, England. Due to delays in receiving final approval the proposals were withdrawn and alternate proposals were prepared for Waterloo Circus, in London, England. Feliks Topolski and Cedric Price also collaborated on an earlier project (see Sheffield Festival AP144.S2.D61). Material in this file was produced between 1972 and 1973.
