File documents renovations to Greenbrake Croft House at Uyeasound, Unst, Shetland, Scotland, for Mercia Price, Cedric Price's sister. David Price, Cedric Price's brother was involved with the project and may have been the main contributor and draughtsman for the project. Many additional drawings are included within the textual records. Material in this file was produced between 1971 and 1990, but predominantly between 1973 and 1976.

Correspondence and some drawings are attributed to David Price.
