Al-Buhairat City
1993-1994
Project
File documents the master planning and design of a recreational, residential and resort development project north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The total area for Zones 1 and 4, designed by Arthur Erickson with Aitken Wreggelsworth Associates, was approximately 1 square kilometre. Zone 1 was designed as a beach resort and includes hotel and entertainment facilities. Zone 4 was to be the commercial and residential area for the planned community.
File contains photographic material and textual records.
Material in this project series was likely kept in its original order when it was first processed upon its arrival at CCA.
